Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

Use of the TG Energy Trading website and interpretation and application of the “Terms of Use” shall be governed by the laws of Singapore unless otherwise specified. Furthermore, any disputes arising from the use of the TG Energy Trading website shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.
